Staff DevOps Engineer

The Staff Development Operations Engineer creates and delivers DevOps and MLOps solutions that support enterprise applications, RSQ, and AI/ML workloads. This role impacts future development across multiple teams by leading platform-based initiatives, defining technical standards, and ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure delivery environments.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or related discipline is required.
• Experience supporting AI/ML workloads in production environments (MLOps).
• Strong experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and automation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
