Resolution Services Consultant

TriNet is a leading provider of comprehensive human resources solutions for small to midsize businesses. We are looking for a Resolution Services Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Resolution Services management team to plan and oversee various tasks and deliverables required to meet committed timelines. The role will involve working on less complex escalations, applying effective project management principles, processes, and tools, and interacting with other TriNet departments for cross-team coordination and task execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• PMP or related certifications preferred
• Six Sigma Certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
