
Trisor GmbH, a company that provides high-security vaults with automated safe facilities, develops innovative solutions for private and business customers.
You will be the face and a good first impression of Trisor at our location in Schweriner Straße 5–7, 01067 Dresden
You will take on consulting appointments in our showroom and convince customers of our safes by presenting our product authentically
You will make our customers familiar with the use of our facility on their first visit: our so-called unlocking
You will be happy to be the contact person for our customers and take care of all their concerns: personally on site, in writing or by phone
Within the core working hours (opening hours of the location) you will be present 4 or 5 days a week from Monday to Saturday on site (not every weekend, as there are two employees per location and always with a lot of prior planning)
We welcome new entrants to the labor market
Ideally, you have experience in direct customer contact and enjoy it
You cultivate good manners and have a polite and confident appearance in contact with customers
You have very good communication skills and think creatively
You have very good German and good English skills in word and writing
Experience in the use of ticketing and support tools such as Zendesk is an advantage, but not a must
Employment in full-time (40h) or part-time (32h) possible

We also develop our business model and our products, such as the precious metal sales, continuously further, in order to provide our customers with the best possible experience on site, where every employee can bring in their own ideas and projects with initiative
