Job Description
Trisor is seeking a Customer Advisor for their Düsseldorf location. As the face of the company, you'll provide consultations, present safety deposit box products, onboard new customers, and serve as a primary contact for all customer inquiries. The role requires availability 4-5 days a week, Monday through Saturday, and offers full-time or part-time options.
Requirements
- Experience in direct customer contact is preferred.
- Good manners and a courteous, confident demeanor.
- Very good communication skills.
- Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken).
- Experience with ticketing and support tools (like Hubspot) is a plus.
