Senior Construction Laborer

Role Overview

As a Senior Construction Laborer – Telecom, you’ll take on a lead-level role supporting aerial and underground telecom construction. This position requires advanced field experience, the ability to operate heavy equipment, and mentoring less experienced laborers while maintaining safety and efficiency.

What You Will Do

Perform advanced labor tasks such as conduit placement, handhole installation, cable placement, and emergency call-out support. Lead small labor teams and report progress to foremen. Operate trenchers, tampers, and mini-excavators safely and efficiently.

Why It Might Be a Fit

High school diploma or GED. 4–6 years of telecom or construction experience. Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred). Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in demanding field conditions.
