Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview

Manage supply chain processes at the plant, including production planning, material availability, and production data acquisition. Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental protection, quality, and energy management requirements. Monitor and control material inventories and flows to maintain stable production operations.

What You Will Do

Define and ensure smooth processes in procurement, production planning, material flow, and shipping. Lead the SCM team, motivate and develop employees, and foster collaboration and communication within the department and across departmental boundaries.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in (business) engineering with a focus on logistics, production, or similar fields
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable SCM position within international industrial companies
• Willingness and ability to cooperate
• Strong organizational skills
• High sense of responsibility
• Strong decision-making and assertiveness
• Excellent command of the English language
• Very good proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP, proAlpha, BPCS or similar)
• Strong negotiation skills
