Requirements

• Load, run and unload dish machine
• Keep dish machine clean and report problems
• Monitor dish machine water temperature
• Wash and store dishes and tableware
• Maintain adequate dishwasher supplies
• Clean food preparation areas
• Handle dishware carefully
• Maintain dishroom cleanliness
• Able to lift and maneuver up to 60 pounds for up to 30 times per shift
