Job Description
Aguila Golf Course is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join their team. The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in turf grass management and a passion for the golf business.
Requirements
- 2 years minimum experience
- 1-3 years turf grass management
- Pesticide license preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- A four-year college degree preferred
- GCSAA Member or apprentice preferred
- Knowledge of budgeting and expense management
- Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
- Strong business aptitude and passion for the golf business
- Highly organized and efficient with a high attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
