Tech Maintenance Assistant

The Tech Maintenance Assistant is responsible for daily maintenance of buildings, assets, and mechanical systems at Sea Colony Recreation, a high-end resort in Bethany Beach, DE.

Requirements

• Experience in clay tennis court maintenance or willingness to learn
• Proficient with computer technology and standard software programs
• Experience with pool maintenance or willingness to learn
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to interact professionally with all departments and outside contractors
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Physical fitness to lift up to 100 lbs
