Requirements
- Strong background in Primary Care experience
- At least 2 years of practice experience, post-training experience
- Active California Medical License
- Current and Unrestricted DEA
- Board Certified with either AANP or NCCPA
- Commitment to Patient-Centered Care & Health Equity
