
Job description
The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations and administrative workflow, manage caregiver schedules and client service calendars, and coordinate client intake, onboarding, and service setup.
The Office Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing caregiver attendance, processing payroll and timesheets, handling phone calls and emails, and ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have experience in office management or a related field.
