Job Description
Truliant's Bilingual Contact Center Representative I serves the financial needs of member-owners, developing rapport and providing excellent service to deepen relationships. The role requires a commitment to member service and a strong understanding of financial services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required
- Previous contact center experience preferred
- Previous experience in the financial industry preferred
