Job Description
The Mortgage Loan Officer proactively acquires new residential mortgage business and matches members with Truliant Federal Credit Union mortgage products. They continually identify, develop, and maintain a quality network of business relationships to serve as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities.
Requirements
- Responds to customer inquiries and referrals generated from personal contacts and Truliant Federal Credit Union business channels
- Conducts interviews with prospective borrowers to analyze financial and credit data
- Ensures exceptional member service by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs and policies
