Requirements

• 15 years experience in P&C insurance
• 5 years in a management level position
• Knowledgeable of all applicable insurance and banking rules, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Experience in computer software systems
• Leadership ability and the ability to motivate direct reports
• Excellent communication and team building ability
