Shift Supervisor - Part-Time

Role Overview

Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, achieving key performance metrics and ensuring the efficient daily operation of the store.

What You Will Do

Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor, maintain brand standards, ensure regulatory compliance, provide coaching and training, and handle patient issues and escalations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service area
• Prior cash handling experience
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a MVR background check
• Pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
• Be at least 21 years of age
