Requirements
- Coach and instruct student-athletes in sport-specific skills, training techniques, and strategies through preparation, practice, and competition (race strategy), providing guidance in both group and individual settings.
- Recruit national-caliber student-athletes by identifying, evaluating, and vetting prospects, coordinating communications and visits, and collaborating with admissions and financial aid to support enrollment.
- Collaborate with departmental staff to support operations, ensure compliance with NCAA, Ivy League, and University policies.
- Supervises staff and directs the day-to-day activities, and manages the performance of rowing staff.
- Lead the team’s travel planning, paperwork, budget management, and other administrative duties.
- Raise funds by cultivating relationships with major gift donors.
