AI Strategy (Senior) Consultant (m/w/d)

AI Strategy Consultant position requires analysis of business processes, identification of optimization potential through AI, and development of tailored AI strategies. Senior role requires leadership of complex AI projects, provision of strategic consulting to executives, and assumption of personnel responsibility for project team.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience for Consultant role, 2–5 years for Senior Consultant role
• Relevant experience in implementing AI solutions within a corporate environment
• Extensive experience in team leadership and project organization
• Familiarity with common AI and ML frameworks, database systems, and technical implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Python and experience working with development standards in an enterprise environment
• Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
• Willingness to travel
