Job description
As an Engineering Manager at Trustpair, you will lead two feature teams, driving the delivery of our product roadmap and shaping the future of our innovative platform. You will be a key partner to the product team's leadership, mastering the product vision and bringing technological insights to the table.

Technical Stewardship: You will cultivate and promote a clear technical vision with a concrete roadmap. Organizational Leadership: You will act as a vital link between your teams and other departments.
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and solving complex technical challenges. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of your team members, including hiring, onboarding, and conducting performance evaluations.
