Solution Engineer - Europe

We're seeking a Solution Engineer to partner with Enterprise Account Executives to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. As a technical and consultative partner, you will architect technical success by translating complex customer needs into tailored solutions, designing scalable integration approaches, and delivering technical credibility that drives confidence and conversion. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where success is measured by deal conversion rates, technical win rates, and the quality of handover to implementation.

Requirements

• Fluent in English plus at least another language (e.g. German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Danish, Swedish)
• Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical advisory roles within a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong technical foundation with an understanding of APIs, web integrations, data flows, and common SaaS architecture
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value for large, complex organizations
• Customer-centric and commercially aware, with a strong ability to solve complex problems under pressure
• Comfortable managing multiple sales opportunities and diverse stakeholders simultaneously
• An organized, proactive team player who is motivated by solving customer challenges through innovative technology
