
Job description
The Corporate Paralegal will play a critical role in managing complex corporate matters from formation through financing, governance, and ongoing compliance. The role is office-based and requires 10+ years of corporate paralegal experience with significant substantive responsibility.
As a Senior Corporate Paralegal, you'll work closely with attorneys and clients while independently managing sophisticated corporate and securities matters, including maintaining capitalization tables, stock ledgers, and option records, and preparing and filing Section 16 reports and supporting SEC compliance initiatives.
