The Office & Billing Administrator will oversee daily office operations and administrative functions, manage legal billing processes, and coordinate payroll administration, employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits support, and personnel records in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Manage daily office operations, legal billing processes, payroll administration, accounts payable, vendor payments, expense reconciliations, banking activities, and general law firm administrative workflows.
