Job Description
Responsible for performing duties and providing specialist histotechnical services for Mohs micrographic surgery, requiring precision, critical thinking, and efficiency in preparing tissue specimens. Supports surgeons in a collaborative clinical environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Histotechnology or a related field
- Certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as a Histotechnologist (HTL)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mohs histotechnology
- Proficient in laboratory techniques with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team setting
