TSC’s Product Solutions (PS) Division is seeking a Program Management Office (PMO) Director to lead the PMO, manage a team of Program Managers, and establish program management processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program/project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing Program Managers or project teams
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Experience developing and improving program management processes and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically associated with stakeholder communication and management
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products and program management tools (e.g., Project, Confluence, Teams, JIRA)
