Operations Lead for field data collection projects in the UK

Terry Soot Management Group is a field data collection company looking for an Operations Lead to manage a team of data collectors, coordinate routes and schedules, and support Project and Program Managers with planning tasks. The ideal candidate has coordination/management experience, great communication skills, and is very responsible and organized.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience of coordination/management
• Excellent communication - both written & verbal
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Be flexible to support field operations; non-standard hours
• Be experienced in preparing reports, presentation decks
• Be able to digest information quickly & turn it into actions
• Be able to manage a team, often in situations of high-stress
• Be able to remotely manage the team
