Job description
The Senior Business Data Analyst partners with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making. This role leads analytics initiatives end-to-end—translating business needs into actionable insights, ensuring high-quality data delivery, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Perform end-to-end data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) to prepare data for analytics and reporting, provide data engineering services, develop insights, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making, and ensure data quality, validation, and governance standards are met.
5+ years in business/data analytics or related roles, proven experience delivering analytics solutions in cross-functional environments, experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams, and strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering experience.
