Job Description
This HR Coordinator/Administrator role is the front-line administrator for general HR tasks, involving employee interaction, management, and policy administration. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employment, benefits administration, performance management, and administrative procedures like COBRA and FMLA claims. Experience in COBRA, FMLA, disability claims, unemployment, or open enrollment is desired.
Requirements
- Current valid PA driver’s license
- Diploma or GED
- Passing clean drug screen
- Background check
- Degree in business or human resources (or equivalent experience)
- Good knowledge of labor laws (state and federal)
- Good interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Adaptability to HRIS systems
- Ability to manage working under pressure
- Thorough, accurate, and neat work
