Remote Technical Lead (DeFi)

Our client is at the forefront of crypto's cutting-edge technology, and we're seeking an experienced engineering leader to join their team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Europe or the UK.

Requirements

• Leadership: Minimum of 2 years managing an engineering team, with a track record of mentoring and scaling high-performing developers.
• Backend Architecture: At least 5 years designing, building, testing, and deploying highly scalable, distributed backend systems.
• Blockchain Experience: 3+ years working in Blockchain engineering.
• Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development.
• Problem Solving & Communication: Exceptional analytical skills, the ability to break down complex challenges, and clear, concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
