
Job description
The Project Coordinator will provide leadership and direction, actively embedding and promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner & Townsend. The role involves coordination and administrative support, project controls, reporting, and systems management, as well as documentation, compliance, and administrative support.
The Project Coordinator will assist with maintaining project budgets and schedules, coordinate contracts and vendor documentation, and provide day-to-day coordination support across all phases of the project. They will also initiate and track vendor POs, change orders, and related approvals, and prepare accurate and timely meeting minutes.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. They will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working in a Project Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry, supporting real estate and construction projects.
