
Job description
We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. This individual will work to support project management services for our clients. The role will involve assisting the Project Manager in ensuring the project is managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities include assisting with establishing effective project governance, processes and systems, ensuring key information and data is effectively shared, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members, and contributing to monthly reporting on various aspects of the Client's program.
This role is a great opportunity for someone with strong collaboration and relationship building skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a problem-solving mindset. Experience working in a Project Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry is preferred.
