
Job description
Perform daily administrative tasks and services to facilitate work for the Procurement department. Provide professional customer service and support local business unit function.
Process day-to-day administrative items, manage phone list, process invoices, order supplies, edit and assemble documents, and engage with others to address information and assist with general inquiries.
Develop general knowledge of contract documents, generate contracts, and maintain organized filing system. Assist in development of bid lists, coordinate pre-bid meetings, and track Certificate of Insurance renewals.
