
Job description
Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality compliance. Supervise a team of engineers and assistants. Reports to a Project Engineer, Project Manager, or Project Executive.
Lead responsibility for project planning, budgeting, and execution. Liaise with architects, subcontractors, and owners. Manage submittals, shop drawings, and change orders. Supervise team members and prepare performance appraisals.
Ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in project management and engineering. Must be able to negotiate change orders and resolve conflicts.
