Field Services Technician

The Field Service Technician will provide field support for customer accounts in the South-Central USA region, based out of Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system issues, and collaborating with skilled trades and other resources.

Requirements

• Formal training in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering disciplines, or related construction trades
• 5-7 years of prior experience in preventative/predictive maintenance with industrial mechanical or fluid handling/pumping systems
• Advanced computer skills, ability to work with web-based systems
• Excellent customer service, time management and personal organizational skills
• Attention to detail, mathematical proficiency and ability to document and track service accounts effectively and thoroughly
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently to achieve assigned tasks
