Requirements

• Client facing, stakeholder engagement with key clients in Natural Resources and New Energies
• Business development, growth of the Aberdeen team
• Team development across planning & controls, cost management, project management
• Proposal and bid writing/reviews
• Mentoring and coaching
• On Commission review of new project proposals and resourcing requirements
• Monitoring data input and deploy planning and controls team resources
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strategic resource management
• Adaptability and resilience
• Established management and leadership approach
• Knowledge of reputational, commercial and financial risk
• Skilled in oral and written communication
• Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications
