Associate Director - Project Controls - Energy & Natural Resources

We're looking for an Associate Director with experience in Project Controls for the Energy & Natural Resources sector. The role involves client-facing work, business development, team development, and proposal writing. The successful candidate will lead the expansion of our offering in Aberdeen and work closely with the senior leadership team.

• Proven business development experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of strategic resource management
• Adaptability and resilience
• Ability to evidence an established management and leadership approach
• Knowledge of reputational, commercial and financial risk
• Skilled in oral and written communication
• Proven Project Management Office (PMO) experience within planning and project controls, ideally with a Natural Resources and New Energies focus
• Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Applications
