Construction Manager, Data Center Construction Project

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Construction Manager to lead the full lifecycle of a mission‐critical Data Center development in Chile. The Construction Manager will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring the successful delivery of a world‐class data center aligned with global standards for safety, redundancy, quality, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Oversee day‐to‐day construction activities (on‐site and off‐site), ensuring full compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and ESG policies.
• Manage general contractors, specialist subcontractors (MEP, structural, envelope, electrical systems), and design consultants.
• Review and approve technical documentation, including IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, QA/QC plans, and commissioning scripts.
• Develop and execute construction strategies, master schedules, logistics plans, and cost baselines tailored to mission‐critical environments
• Lead risk assessments, integrate safety by design, and ensure all construction phases meet global EHS guidelines.
