MEP Supervisor (Mixed Developement)

The MEP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works within the project. This role focuses on reviewing and verifying shop drawings, coordinating effectively with project stakeholders, and conducting regular site inspections to ensure that installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site-based project
• Experience with project supervision
• Detail-Oriented – Able to review shop drawings and site work meticulously to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Proactive – Anticipates potential issues and takes initiative to resolve them before they impact
