BIM Coordinator

Role Overview

Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our Midtown Bus Terminal project at 520 8th Ave in Manhattan, NY. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

Assist the BIM Manager in fulfilling client BIM contract requirements, set up and execute clash detection workflows, generate and maintain regular progress reports, and perform quality control reviews of BIM deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on civil infrastructure projects, or projects of similar scale and/or complexity
• Minimum 1 years of experience providing BIM coordination services on complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage BIM updates, run clash detection, and communicate results effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of building systems and construction sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction contracts and technical documentation.
