Sewing Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The Sewing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the sewing department during 2nd shift, ensuring production targets are achieved, quality standards are upheld, and safety protocols are strictly followed.

Requirements

• 4 years of supervisory experience in sewing, textiles, or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of sewing operations, equipment, and production processes
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues quickly
• Knowledge of quality control systems and safety standards
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to speak and write English and Spanish
