IT & DATA Contract Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT & DATA Contract Manager to join our IT Department within the Office of the CIO. In this pivotal role, you will act as the strategic link between our IT & DATA teams, Vendor Management and the legal department, ensuring our digital services are backed by robust, accurate, and future-proof contractual agreements.

What You Will Do

Lead contractual negotiations for SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, hardware and professional services orders (SOW’s & order forms). Ensure the IT & DATA organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor ICT or Legal or equivalent by experience
• Fluent written and verbal in both English and Dutch speaking
• Ability to negotiate firmly but fair who builds long-term partnerships rather than just transactional deals
• High level of independence, planning discipline and respect for deadlines
• Proven track record in contract lifecycle management
• Natural communicator who can translate technical IT needs into clear legal terms
