Behavioral Health Technician

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to join our youth crisis facility, where we provide critical support and care for young individuals facing mental health and behavioral challenges.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 21 years of age
• Additional training in mental health or behavioral support preferred
• Prior experience working with youth or in a mental health setting is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
• Basic knowledge of crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Able to work every other weekend is required
