UX Designer, Monetization

Twitch is seeking a UX Designer, Monetization to join their team. The role involves designing revenue experiences that empower creators, strengthen communities, and feel intuitive and fair for users. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of practical experience in UX design, a strong systems thinking approach, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Collaborate with a cross-functional development team of product managers, engineers, designers, and more.
• Learn from streamers, viewers, and businesses about the ways they use our services and their desires to accomplish more.
• Think creatively about how to solve problems that will sustain streamers’ monetization journey on Twitch.
• Combine qualitative and quantitative information to develop hypotheses about customer motivations and use that to improve your designs.
• Present your work to others by participating in design reviews and feedback sessions.
