Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and CMDB.
- Configure and customize workflows, UI pages, business rules, and client scripts using ServiceNow platform tools.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system performance and stability.
- Provide Level 2 support for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and system processes.
- Support knowledge transfer and ensure adherence to development best practices.
