
Job description
We are seeking a motivated L2 Support professional with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure reliable IT operations for our clients.
Provide timely and efficient Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues. Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems escalated from Level 1 support. Document support activities and solutions in the ticketing system.
1 to 2 years of experience in technical support or a related IT role. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is Mandatory. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
