APRN/PA - Peds Pulmonary

APRN/PA is a skilled healthcare provider who has completed an educational program that provides specialized certification and is regulated by either the Arkansas State Board of Nursing or the Arkansas State Medical Board. The APRN/PA is responsible for providing direct clinical services for patients, obtaining patient health histories, and interpreting hemodynamic data. They must also formulate and implement a treatment plan for the management of acute and chronic illnesses in collaboration with a physician.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with at least a Master’s in Nursing.
• National Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. May have a certification as a Pediatric Nurse practitioner in either acute or primary care.
• Current Arkansas Physician Assistant license.
