RN New Grad Resident Program Winter 2027

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking RN New Grad Residents for the Winter 2027 program. The program is designed to provide a specialized platform for lectures, simulation, case studies, and clinical experience. New Graduate RN Residents must complete 1 year of experience and meet the program requirements to be considered RN I.

Requirements

• Only accepting RN New Graduates with less than 12 months of RN experience
• Must obtain temporary or permanent RN license by start/hire date
• Basic computer skills
• Strong work ethic
