Mechanical Design Validation Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Validation Engineer to enable early-phase design confidence by validating mechanical behavior through focused physical testing and hypothesis-driven experimentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical quality / reliability / validation engineering, with hands-on ownership of outdoor product testing and MIL-STD–based testing.
• Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals across materials, structural integrity, and mechanical strength.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills—able to move from symptoms to root cause and drive clear, actionable improvements that protect the customer experience.
