Patient Services Representative, Primary Care, Fulltime, First Shift

As the main point of contact for all patients, the patient services representative will engage in population-appropriate communication, provide customer service, and handle patient interactions with care. The representative will perform various tasks, including greeting patients, answering questions, coordinating scheduling changes, and collecting data on new patients.
