Job Description
Clinical Nurse Manager- PTU/PACU position overseeing daily nursing operations to ensure high-quality care and excellent patient outcomes, managing clinical workflows, staffing coordination, and compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- California RN license
- BSN or MSN
- BLS, ACLS, PALS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- 5 years recent relevant experience and progressive leadership positions
- 2 YEARS ICU Preferred
- 2 years PACU preferred
- Nursing Professional Leadership Certification (NEA-BC, NE-BC, CNL, CNML preferred) or obtain within 12 months
