Patient Service Representative - San Luis Obispo Primary & Specialty Care

The Patient Service Representative provides direct support to physicians and patients at the San Luis Obispo Primary & Specialty Care Clinic. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison, assisting patients, and facilitating communication with referring physicians.

• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with Faculty, Staff, Administration, and patients
• Create a productive working environment
• Effective verbal communications
• Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with a patient population
• Provide coverage for Community Clinics as assigned
