Job Description
As a Workforce Solutions Manager, you will be the central interface to our customers, developing suitable workforce models and ensuring smooth implementation. You will work closely with the Operations Team and be responsible for steering projects, building structures, and ensuring commitments become a reality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, workforce management, or account leadership
- Knowledge of dynamic industries such as retail, gastronomy, transportation, events, or promotion
- Understanding of systemic relationships from logistics to customer binding
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, real-time dashboards, and KPI evaluation
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in German and English
